Invites you to a special FREE LUNCHEON MEETING Wednesday July 29th to honor Del Chapman, former Program Director of KYME AM from 1965 - 1968 during the "Glory Years" of KYME when Rock-n-Roll was HOT in Boise.  Come meet Del, and hear his story of how he helped bring "Rock Programming" to Boise on the Treasure Valley's FIRST FULL TIME ROCK STATION,  even though KYME was daytime-only on 740 khz with 500 watts!  We'll hear old KYME Jingles, see old KYME Charts & Letterhead, and then take short walk down the "Mall" for a quick tour of the old KYME studios.   A casual lunch featuring sandwiches, chips, cookies, and soft drinks witl be served FREE of charge to the first 50 people, so RSVP early.

 

When:  Wednesday July 29, 2009 from 11:30 A.M. - 1:30 P.M.

 

Where:  The brand new Hillcrest Plaza Mall City Library located in the former 4-B's Restaurant (Mike's Hillcrest Restaurant)  

Why:   To Honor one of the Greatest Idaho Broadcasters - Del Chapman!
